WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICEY IF A DEPOSIT IS REQUIED?
A deposit is only required for private parties and special requested appointments (request appointment outside our normal business hours).
At time of booking a special request appointment a deposit of $30 is required. The deposit holds your spot and is applied toward the balance at the end of the appointment.
If you cancel 48 hrs. before the appointment, the deposit of $30 is fully refundable (this does not apply to private parties at your residence).
If you cancel 24hrs before your appointment the deposit is nonrefundable and becomes a $30 credit towards a future appointment.
If you are more than 20 minutes late you lose your deposit.
If you cancel the day of or are a no call/no show the deposit is forfeit.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWERLY?
Dawn Dish soap is the best; a soft toothbrush is a perfect way to clean your chain and warm water.
Please make sure you are cleaning your jewelry- especially necklaces. Silver chains can look tarnish but can actually be a buildup of sweat, dead skin cells, and body products.
Do not apply lotions and skin products directly to chain if at all possible. When applying lotions, we have a video on IG that shows the best way to apply body products.
Do not use any other unapproved cleaners on your permanent jewelry. Dawn is gentle but gets the job done. We are not responsible for damage done by your jewelry if you use the wrong cleaner. Be careful using jewelry cleaners. They can be harsh and abrasive to your skin and the chains.
If you have sterling silver on and expose it to chemicals, and it starts to tarnish. You can make a paste out of olive oil, lemon, and baking soda. Rub the paste on the jewelry for a few seconds. After buffering the jewelry and paste off with a polish rage, rinse under warm water and dry! It should be as good as new.
Be aware that fake tanning solutions can turn your sterling silver light yellow. This is not the jewelry tarnishing but the color of the fake tan transferring to your jewelry. Not to worry though! Cleaning it and protecting it from your fake tan will help solve this. Right after applying fake tanner wipe your jewelry with a baby wipe.
WHAT IF I NEED TO REMOVE MY CHAIN FOR SURGERY, MRI OR ANY OTHER REASON?
Cut the jump ring with small scissors or wire cutters (we will show you at your appointment). We can also help and would be more than happy to cut it for you at our studio for no charge. Save your chain and we can re-weld it when you're ready to wear it again.
WHAT IF MY JEWERLY BREAKS?
Breaks will be handled on a case-by-case situation.
Breaks at the weld site will be re-welded at NO COST!
Breaks in the chain can be re-welded or repaired for a $25 fee to cover materials (as long as you have the chain). The jewelry is durable but not indestructible and we understand stuff happens. Under normal everyday wear our chain will last a long time. We can fix permeant jewelry from other studios at a re-welding cost of $25. We can also repair regular jewelry and turn regular jewelry (solid gold, .925 sterling, or gold filled) into permanent jewelry (email us).
In some cases, if the chain was caught on something, broke in multiple spots, and all the links have been stretched the chain may need to be replaced. Please handle your jewelry with care.
WHAT IF MY JEWELRY BREAKS AND MY CHAIN IS GONE?
This is extremely rare, and if it does fall off there is usually an event that caused it, like getting it caught on something. This you will notice and feel right away and 99% of the time the chain is easily recovered and can be rewelded. If the piece falls off and is lost, there is no warranty or refund- this is standard across the permanent jewelry and regular jewelry industry. We test the weld in front of you before you leave the store to ensure the weld is strong on our end. We are extremely picky about our welds and if they don't weld perfectly, we will cut and reweld it. We strive for perfection. If it is a welding issue, we would be able to tell before you leave our studio.
The jewelry is very durable but not indestructible, at the end of the day it is still jewelry and needs to be handled as such. Our jewelry holds up well under everyday normal wear. Please take care of it and treat it how you would any other jewelry. We care deeply about customer service and try to provide the best that we can.
We test all of our chains and connectors before they're available for sale and have been using the same US based distributors for the last two years. We do not purchase anything on Amazon or from China. We test every weld in front of you to ensure your jewelry is welded properly and we also have you move around after to ensure the proper size of your chain. We do not refund or replace lost chains (under some circumstances we will offer a discount on a replacement chain), due to the personal nature of the wearer's lifestyle, job, and other external factors that are out of our control.
DO YOU TAKE WALK-INS?
Yes. Walk-ins will be taken in between appointments. This is why we recommend booking an appointment during normal operating hours.
DOES IT HURT? IS IT SAFE?
It doesn't hurt at all. It is completely safe. We use a small Arc Jewlery welder on a very low setting, leather barrier between the skin and what we are welding, welding safety glasses and everything is wiped down before and after with CDC approved cleaning solutions.
DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE PARTIES?
Yes for 5 or more people (minimum of 5 people getting at least one bracelet is required). Must book in advanced by email at firstname.lastname@example.org subject PARTY. Deposit is required at time of booking and if wanting a specific charm or theme please give enough time to order materials (usually 14 to 16 days before party).
Great for family events, bridal parties, birthday parties, bachelorette parties, etc.

Party length depends on the number of people. The average party is between 2.5 and 3 hours.
A deposit is required at time of booking for private parties to reserve that time spot specially for you.
Because we bring our studio and all of our chains and charms to you, we close our physical store the day of your party. We also start preparing e.g., ordering special request 2 week before.
Must cancel or change your private party at least 1 week prior to the party date and time or you will forfeit your deposit. In some case we will give you a credit for the value of the deposit to use at a later date in the studio.
At the party the deposit is a credit for the host (the person that booked the party) that can be used towards permanent jewelry at the party.
Private Party deposits are nonrefundable but can be used as a credit if notified the week prior to the party of cancelation.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Between 5 - 15 min per person depending on the person and how many chains and charms they get. We recommend reaching out to us for specific designs or help before your appointment via email.
WHAT TYPE OF PERMANENT JEWELRY IS OFFERED?
We currently offer bracelets, anklets, rings, and necklaces.
We do not offer belly chains at this time.
WILL IT SET OFF THE AIRPORT METAL DETECTORS?
NO! However, if you are going to have an MRI it must be removed. Don't worry we can put it back on after the MRI.
WHAT IS THE WELDING POLICEY FOR MINORS?
All minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied with an adult. Must be a parent or legally appointed guardian by the state. We do not weld permanent jewelry on children under the age of 8.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
Once the chain is cut there will be NO REFUNDS. We spend a lot of time during your appointment to size your chain before we cut and weld it together. If you change your mind a few days after your appointment and want the chain smaller we can resize it and remove some links, however if you want a longer chain, we will need to replace your chain completely as we cannot weld more chain on to your bracelet. This means you will need to purchase a new chain, so please take the time at your appointment to make sure you are happy with the length of your chain. We back up our work and materials and will fix a chain or charm if it breaks under regular wear. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Absolutely. There is no time frame. Some individuals have certain charms and chains they wear during certain seasons of the year. If the chain no longer fits (is too small) a new chain will need to be purchased. If the chain is too big, we can adjust the size and rewelded it for $25. You can always add charms later as well.
