How do I book a private party?

You can book online or email us at info@meltandlink.com to find out if we are available for your specific date subject line: PARTY. We will move mountains to get your event in. A deposit is required for your appointment and will go towards the host balance at the end of the party.

Is there a fee for a permanent jewelry private party?

No!  While other permanent jewelry companies charge a fee or require a certain amount be spent at the party we do not.  We service the greater Tampa Bay area and there is no fee.

Are there any minimum requirements to book a party?

Parties must have at least 5 individuals getting at least one bracelet or anklet.

How long do parties take?

That depends on you and your guest. When we account for booking time, we include a 15-20 min set-up and about 5 to 15 min minutes per person (the average party is 2-4 hrs.). We will review this more in detail when you book and see if you have any time restrictions, e.g., dinner rehearsal or hotel check-out time. Please provide us with an accurate guest count. If a few more drop in the day of, no worries! It always happens.

What am I responsible for at the permanent jewelry party?

We bring our boutique to you in two small tables (one for welding & working and one for our jewelry display). After your booking request, we will reach out to you to see what your theme or occasion is and dress our tables to match accordingly. 

We need a small, air-conditioned space, an outlet and a place to set up our tables.

What else is included in the party?

Each guest that purchases permanent jewelry gets an aftercare bag with goodies. We always bring a little extra as a thank you for our lovely host.

What are the benefits to having a party?

We close our shop and schedule just for your private party and bring everything to you- no need to travel. For a fun private and exclusive experience for you and your guest. Wow, your guest at your next meet up with something different.   We are a small, non-corporate (Not a pyramid like Mary Kay, Pampered Chef, or Scentsy), military and female owned business consisting of 2 lovely ladies (owner and assistant). We do not charge a travel fee (covers gas, time, travel and assistant) like other competitors do or require a minimum amount spent.

Anything else I should know when booking?

We will email you a questionnaire/contract once your booking is complete and approved. We want to make this the best event for you and your guest. Please ensure that if your party starts at a specific time, like 2 pm, everyone is there on time. We will arrive 30-40 min before the event to set up. We want our host to shine!

What if I need to cancel or move my party?

When booking private parties, a deposit (equal to one bracelet of $70) is required to reserve that time spot, especially for you. 

We close our physical store on the day of your party because we bring our studio and all of our chains and charms to you. We also start preparing, e.g., ordering special requested stuff the week before, so deposits for private parties are nonrefundable. However, if canceled one week from the date of your party, the person who booked and paid for the deposit can use the deposit as a credit in our physical shop at any time or reschedule the party later. 


You must cancel or change your private party at least one week before the party date. 


We realized stuff happens, and parties can be moved later so long as we have been notified at least a week from your event. 


Emergencies will be taken on a case-by-case determination.  


At the party, the deposit is a credit for the host that can be used towards permanent jewelry.
